Both. Some clients prefer having access to a designer on a fractional basis. While others prefer project-based tasks.
For subscribers or single projects, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Always. I prefer to handle communication personally—no support tickets or account managers. Just shoot me an email, and I’ll get back to you promptly. From time to time, I may reach out for a phone call for more complex jobs.
On average, most requests are completed in just 24 or less, Monday - Friday. However, more complex requests can take longer.
I’m a one-man design studio. I don’t outsource, and I don’t hand projects off to junior designers. When you work with me, you get me—start to finish.

Yes, unless noted otherwise. .ai, .eps, .pdf, .jpg, .png, .bmp, .dxf or whatever’s appropriate. You’ll own what you’ve paid for.
Not at this time. I work in CMYK, RGB and Hex. If you require a particular colour, you can supply me with the colour codes. If you absolutely require Pantone colours, they can be available with an additional $25 fee.
A clear description of the request and any relevant files (logo, images, dimensions, previous designs, etc). The clearer you are, the faster I can get you results.
I’ll revise until it feels right. Most clients get what they need within one or two rounds. You won’t hurt my feelings—feedback is part of the process.
There is a chance I won’t happen to have the one you require. We can either match it to a similar font, purchase it for the project.
